Property Description:

This very unique peice of vacation property is truly a haven on Lake Vermilion. Nestled in towering pine and birch trees, this vacation rental contains a main cabin with an attached, two stall garage and a separate garage with a bunk house on the second story.



The main cabin is a two-story cabin that includes a walk-out basement. This rental cabin on Lake Vermilion has four bedrooms, each having a queen sized bed in it. There is two bedrooms on each floor and there is also a bathroom on each floor. The main cabin also has many amenities including satellite TV, an electric sauna and a pool table in the walk-out basement.

The guest cabin above the second garage has two full beds and a bunk bed, sleeping an additional six people. There is plenty of room at this vacation rental on Lake Vermilion for your family and friends to enjoy an unforgettable vacation. The property has two private docks to dock your boats at. There is a very unique small log cabin that serves as a play house for kids.

This rental cabin is located in a very nice spot on Lake Vermilion. There is excellent year round fishing and the cabin is located near Hoodoo Point and Mckinley public beaches which also have play grounds and stores. The cabin is also just minutes from the City of Tower, which offers restaurants, banks, a grocery store and several liquior and bait stores. Within a 15 minutes drive is Fortune Bay Resort and Casino and their world-class golf course and Ely, Minnesota is just 30 miles from here as well. The oppurtunities for entertainment and relaxation are endless here.

4 bedrooms in main cabin, each witwh a queen bed
2 bedrooms on the main floor, 2 in walkout basement
Guest house has 2 full beds and a set of bunk beds
 
 
Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms in main cabin, one on each floor. Bathroom on the main floor has tub/shower unit. Bathroom in the walk-out basement has a shower.  
Kitchen: Full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge, stove and oven, coffee maker  
General: Two fireplaces, electrica sauna in walk-out basement  
Entertainment: Satelite TV and DVD player, pool table  
Outside: Two private docks, fire pits, log play house, charcoal grill, deck  
Other: Close to several State Parks, camp grounds and public beaches  
All of our cabins have linens/bedding provided for you. You need to bring your own kitchen and bath towels.

Rates and Availability:

Rental Rates: Summer (Mid June-Early September) $2,200/week or $350/night.
Off-Season Rates: $1,750/week or $275/night.



Rates are based on six people. Extra people between ages 0-6 are $50/week, ages 7-18 are $100/week and over the age of 18 are $150/week. Partial weekly stays are $25/person/night for extra people.

We typically take weekly rentals only during our peak season (Friday to Friday) but are willing to accommodate partial weekly requests from time to time. A $500 deposit is required to reserve this cabin.
